Jason Sealing
President
Jason Sealing has over 30 years of experience in the commercial mechanical trade. After graduating the apprentice training program in 2000, Jason quickly demonstrated a vast aptitude for diagnosing and repairing HVAC mechanical systems. Although Jason has the expertise to work on any commercial HVAC systems, he specializes in diagnosis and repair on commuter room HVAC systems as well as building control systems. Currently, Jason’s responsibilities include management of the service department which incorporates providing technical assistance for the mechanics onsite or offsite, estimating, and business development. Jason holds licenses in the following fields; MD Masters HVACR, Virginia Masters HVACR.
Michael Gillis
Vice President Operations
Possessing over 20 years with trade experience, Michael began working in the commercial mechanical trade in the early 2000’s. His experience in the mechanical field started with service coordination and contract administration. Since, his capabilities have expanded to all aspects of the business operation which include contract management and negotiation, quality control, and business development. Currently, Michael oversees the day to day operations at Acorea Enterprises, Inc. Michael graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a Bachelor of Arts in 1999 and is currently working to obtain his MD Journeyman’s and Masters Licenses.
